SME Certification
Requirements to Apply for SME Certificate
- Copy of Company Registration Certificate,
- Social Security Commission Good Standing Certificate not older than 3 months,
- VAT Good Standing Certificate not older than 3 months, and
- Certified Copies of IDs of all members/owners of the Company .
One can apply for the SME certificate online at http://citizen.mitsmed.gov.na/ or Submit your Application Form(s) to MTI Regional Offices in all 14 Regions, namely:

Khomas ( Windhoek - Heardquarters)

Omusati (Outapi)
Oshana (Ongwediva)
Oshikoto ( Omuthiya)
Otjozondjupa ( Otjiwarongo)
Take Note: The Complete Application process take 5 working days, printing of certificate(s) is done every Tuesday and collection of certificate(s) is every Friday at Head Office: Address: Brendan Simbwaye Square, Block A, 1st Floor, Room 102.
